60% Menu Pineau, 40% Chenin Blanc - 12% abv

The Menu Pineau and Chenin Blanc grapes come from 60 year old vines on limestone soil within the Loir-et-Cher region.

This is a very clean and elegant pet nat with notes of honey melon and a slightly caramelised finish. When you first open the bottle you get a foamy bubble consistency on the palate, but shortly after some exposure to oxygen, the bubbles settle and allow more room for the flavours to develop.
